A native Kiwi, Lisa moved back to New Zealand in 2003 after spending a large part of her life living in Canada. With an Honours Bachelor of Commerce behind her, Lisa started her own business, a Boutique Lodgings Guide of NZ, before being recruited into a sales role at Fairfax Magazines. It was here that Lisa and Johanna first met. Lisa went on to take up a position as Sales Director at MSN and Managing Director of ad2one, before beginning the Digital Commons journey.
General Manager
Basketball fanatic Guy joined the Digital Commons team from his role as National Sales Director at Mi9 NZ.
Graduating from Auckland University with a BA in film and politics, Guy followed his passion for film into roles at Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures in London. It was on his return to the sunnier climes of Sydney that he discovered Digital Media at Mi9 (now known as Nine Digital).
Sales Manager
Pat works from our Sydney office taking care of the Australian market. With a background in out-of-home and digital media, Pat has extensive experience across the Australian media landscape. In his spare time he loves to be by the beach surfing or hanging out at his local rugby club!

Detail wonder women, Johanna, is one of New Zealand’s most experienced digital sales professionals. Starting her advertising career as an assistant at McCann Erickson in 2000, Johanna’s resume boasts roles at Fairfax Magazines working across the TV Guide, Group Account Manager at Yahoo!, and Sales Manager at Ad2One. It was here that the plans for Digital Commons were first hatched.
Business Director
Resident Brit Nathalie, called Surrey, England home until 2007 when her family emigrated to New Zealand. Having begun her digital career at Bluestreak in London, Nathalie quickly picked up a role as a Digital Planner/Buyer at OMD. This is where she first met Lisa and Johanna. But it wasn’t until many years later, after roles as Digital Sales and Marketing Executive at Adhub, various sales roles at The Radio Network/NZME and an Account Management role at Mi9 NZ that Nathalie joined the Digital Commons team.
Ad Operations Manager
David got his start in digital in 2003 working in London before returning to Australia. After several years agency side in Sydney David joined News Digital in 2009 before settling into a role with Ad2one Australia, where he first encountered Lisa and Johanna. A serendipitous email reunited the team and David has been a member of the DC team since July 2017 working remotely from Adelaide.
